Meet Hannah – The heart behind Our Carbon Farm
Our Carbon Farm started with a simple idea: be proactive, plant trees, make a difference. Hannah, our founder, saw the urgent need to protect the environment and knew waiting for leaders to act wasn’t an option. With a background in international development and education, she is dedicated to creating real, grassroots change—restoring landscapes, supporting biodiversity, and ensuring a healthier climate for future generations.
